Hi My glowing IC Pad3 will not connect to bluetooth on my phone. I have other devices I use with bluetooth no problem. Has been working fine and worked this morning but would not connect in the afternoon. It will work when plugged into my computer. I unpaired it as suggested but now won't pick it up at all. Says no devices found when scanned. Any advice?

1. Turn on IC Pad
2. Press and hold button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when white light goes off).

Or follow these steps:
1. Turn on IC Pad
2. Press and hold button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when white light goes off).
3. After 10 seconds indicator light will flash red. You can remove your finger and device will turn off.
4. Turn on device and try to connect to your phone/tablet
Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum after starting the transfer.

After you connect GlowPad 3 to your Mac computer via Audio cable (not USB cable) and it is not glowing during transfer, please go to Settings -> Sound -> Output tab and select "Headphones". Also please make sure the audio volume is set to Maximum:
