My glowing IC pad suddenly stopped glowing

Hi Maureen, please try the following: 1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours. 2) Make sure audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start transfer 3) Restart your computer or phone 4) Replace Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable". Please let me know if that helped. Thank you!
