방금 IC 글로우 패드를 가지고 충전했는데 중간에 희미한 불빛만 있고 측면 조명은 작동하지 않습니다. 꽂았을 때 한 번 깜박이는 걸 봤는데 단락이 있는 것 같아요?

I just got my IC glow pad and I charged it but there is only a faint light in the middle the side lights aren't working. I saw them flash once when I pugged it in but I think there may be a short in it?
