โข For Happy Hip Joint and Tight Hip Flexors/Psoas: put the pad over the front of the hip/groin, lower abdomen, or directly over the most painful hip joint.
โข For Relax and Balance Emotions PEMF: place the pad on the stomach area (solar plexus region) or just below the ribs, and rest during the session.
Use your complex in one-by-one mode โ run 1โ2 times daily, completing each PEMFโs full program per session. Reassess after about 4โ6 weeks to see how you feel and adjust frequency or pad positions as needed.
