My wife takes this IC every time she feels the first signs of an outbreak in her mouth, it stops it in less than 24 hours.

If you are using an audible IC with headphones, and there is music or external noise in the environment.
Can the IC hearing aids be set to a low volume, or do they need to be turned up until they can be heard through the hearing aids?

In general, it is best to use a comfortable volume level. If the Audible IC contains audible sounds, tones, or music, it is usually recommended that they remain audible through the headphones, but there is no need to make them loud or overpower background noise.
