i twisted/sprained my ankle a week ago . i elevated it , put some ice on for 10 minutes and ran the trauma PEMF.

Looking for recommendations for severe degenerative disc disease (DDD) at L5-S1 please 🙏 Ive been in chronic pain since 2019...both lower back and right shoulder chronic pain. I recently had adhesions removed by a Dr who is trained in ARM (adhesion removal method) but my fascia needs a lot of help. Movement makes me unable to do anything but lay in a bed. Thank you.
