Iโ€™m getting very frustrated. I had the corded glow pad until it suddenly stopped working. I purchased the latest glow pad and havenโ€™t been able to get it working since. Either using the corded or Bluetooth. Iโ€™ve tried it on both iPhone and Android. I donโ€™t know what Iโ€™m missing. Iโ€™ve tried everything suggested. Please help!

Hi Sheri, for the new GlowPad - when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.
If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:
