Hello, I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and I would like to know if, apart from the chosen program, there are any contraindications for using PEMs or audios.

Hello Infophaty team, thank you very much for the good wishes and the helpful response.

I take this opportunity to request the creation of a specific section for pregnancy, or to indicate in each treatment (print, audio, PEMF) whether they are suitable.

That would give us enormous peace of mind, knowing that they have been thoroughly studied and evaluated by the professionals here.

Marsmen, thank you for your request! you can continue using imprinted IC water and listen to audible ICs during pregnancy, and PEMF ICs may be used but should not be applied directly over the abdomen - place the pad on areas like the sternum, back, or limbs instead, That said, some practitioners prefer to avoiding PEMF altogether in pregnancy to be extra cautious, so if you prefer the most... Great question โ€” especially during the first trimester.

In general, ICs (including audio and imprints) are considered very gentle, since they work through informational signals rather than chemical substances.

For audio ICs, these are typically considered safe to use during pregnancy, as they are simply listened to at a comfortable volume.

For PEMF, a more cautious approach is usually recommended:
