Anton, where do you place the hummer for pemfs or audibles, can I put it on my wrist or is it more effective elsewhere? Thank you. 😄

Ava, if needed to treat a particular area or organ then needs to be applied to that area. For general application, it is better to apply IC Hummer to the sternum or stomach. :)
