I take both Nattokinase and Serrapeptase in capsule form. Both of these require that they be taken on an empty stomach OR, 2 hours after a meal. My question is, would this requirement apply when Nattokinase and Serrapeptase are taken via an IC imprint?

Alfred, it is best to drink any ICs on an empty stomach, in this way, water is absorbed in just a few minutes.

Anton SF Hi Anton, thank you for your reply. Assuming I take this IC on an empty stomach I really would like to know if I need to wait 1 hour before eating as suggest if taling Nattokinase or Serrapeptase in capsule form?

Anton SF as I understand it, some imprints are supposed to be taken two or 3 ounces at a time over the course of the day. How does that work with taking it on an empty stomach?
