For example, you use Infopathy, then watch videos in some other apps, like YouTube or just in the messengers and when you go back to Infopathy the player may not work. We are looking into how to fix this, but meanwhile you can try closing Safari app completely (or other browsers you use) and starting it again - restart the browser, go to Infopathy and try transfer again. Please let me know if that helped.
