To quit smoking, you may start with TABACUM 200; and for weight loss, you may start with weight management ICs and add WYGOVY and TIRZEPATIDE PEPTIDE.

Along with other concomitant ICs to help support viral infection, this would help in reducing the progression of symptoms that are bound to develop with dengue fever. Pay attention to the symptoms and add ICs accordingly.
