I have chronic lyme and I got a virus I was in a lot of pain and it lessened the pain. I was also having ptsd with fear that this virus will bring back all my past symptoms and it helped the fear and trauma of that

I put the ICPad in the area of my stomach to be sure to address the vagus nerve directly. After about 3 minutes a general feeling of wellness and ease in my body, relaxation, happiness. Heart energy rising. I am a beginner with Infopathy and am already enthusiastic!

Within the first few minutes, an onset of calmness sets upon me when I use it.

I had a very stressful life, and I am not sure yet of how to get down from a continuous stress as if my body has gotten used to it.

I am in a journey to bring back balance to myself and my nervous system.

This seems to help activating my parasympathetic system.

I only use it when I am calm but not getting into the sweet body level calmness, and it has been great.

Oddly this helps with persistent diarrhea. I use it twice a day and drink proteolitic enzyme water throughout the day. Huge improvement in symptoms that Iโ€™ve been experiencing for a month before trying this!
