Can I use apple cider vinegar to create the imprint? if yes, for how long it will hold its effect? Will it be for 30 days? If not, what can I use that I can use in a drop form into the water and drink it 4 times a day? Could you tell me how many drops and how many times per day? Thank you very much!

I have just gotten my disc and am starting to structure our water for the first time. However, when I went to use this IC for Hashimoto, my doctor said to transfer all at once, but it lasted only 2 minutes, and after looking at all the ICs included, I am not sure that this is the time needed for all the ICs.  Am I doing this correctly - anyone... See more
