I listen to it once and I place the headphones on my lung for a second listen every day for 10 days, in order to reduce a significant pleural effusion and to avoid a major interventionโ€ฆ.. I do not feel any change for the 'moment! I continue hoping to have a beneficial effect.

Gosh I can feel this tingling and energising my chest from the very start.ย  I dont have pleurisy (?) but have had those sharp pains associated with the chest membrane in the past where you breath is and get sharp pains.
