As blue light can stimulate cortisol, how can I set my Glowpad to just Red and Infrared together please? Iโ€™ve seen this suggested, but as I press the button I only get individual options for Blue, Red or Infrared, or all 3 together? TIA ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
