Retatrutide is a metabolic peptide that supports weight reduction and improved metabolic control. It may help decrease body weight and fat mass, particularly visceral adiposity, by reducing appetite and enhancing satiety. It can support better glycemic control and lower HbA1c and fasting glucose in people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and may improve insulin sensitivity. Retatrutide may also favorably affect lipid profiles, reduce liver fat in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and contribute to lowering cardiovascular risk factors associated with obesity and metabolic syndrome.
