Mariette Lobo, you can use any type. If plastic is not translucent and you are using Glowing IC Pad, need to add an additional repeat. Same with glass.

When transmitting imprints and PEMF, the maximum volume should be set on the cell phone/ipad etc.: I got the message from Apple that the volume is now automatically turned down because health is affected by the high volume. Is the transfer still fully effective? Thanks very much.

Hi Angelika, iPhone things that you connected headphones. You need to put the volume back to the maximum level and ignore messages from iPhone. But when using actual headphones, don't forget to lower the audio volume on your phone.

I am fairly new at that and am wondering when applying the IC pad with PEMF how often should a transfer be repeated in a day and for how many days after that?

Hi Christine, welcome to Infopathy :) We recommend using the same PEMF IC 1-2 times every day for at least 2 weeks and see how you feel. If stable results are achieved, you can then use that PEMF 3-4 times a week for one more week and later use it only 1 time a week to support the results.
