ive had my glow disc for a few days and charged it. it is not glowing. Is this normal?

Hi Terri-Lynn, please make sure that the audio volume is set to maximum level after you start the transfer. Also, did it glow the first days?

Anton SF I did all of the above and it never did glow from the beginning at all. I tried on my computer laptop and iPhone. Volume up all the way while transferring and yes, I did choose the glow disc prior to transferring. Still nothing. I just sent an email to customer support on this. Thank you.

Hello Terri, trying a YouTube video in an incomprehensible way is what unlocked mine which didn't work at first. And since then everything has been going very, very well. I'm going to buy another one soon because there are 4 of us and one is not necessarily enough.

hi, can infopathy be used without wifi? I like to use it at night but don't want my phone or ipad next to me while I"m in bed. Thanks for your response.

Hello everyone. How many liters of this water do you drink every day? And do I play a certain amount of water for 2 minutes or the larger the bottle, the more times I play it? Thank you for your help!

Melanie, up to 2 litters bottle in 2 minutes is okay. For a stronger imprint, you can always add additional repeats.
