I've been using this daily since April (and dropped a few pounds within the first 10 days but no more). I'm wondering if I should switch to something else. I do the Fat burn occasionally. I'm 69, ~40 lbs overweight, eat well and exercise. It's mostly belly fat - have regulated hormones, stress is relatively low. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Suzanne Brokaw, please see these: Weight Manage Plus - Targets leptin signaling to help rebalance appetite and fatโburning; a good next step when weight loss stalls, especially with bellyโfat patterns.
Tirzepatide Peptide - Dual GLPโ1/GIP support that can reduce appetite and improve metabolic balance. Itโs used for weight management and isnโt limited only to people with diabetes.ย

Starting with one IC at a time makes it much easier to evaluate what is working best for your body.
