I have been using this IC for several months now and I can honestly say it has greatly reduced the symptoms of urinary function I was experiencing prior to starting the daily use of this Imprint. Things are actually back to normal now!

Update - discovered it is the Pectineus muscle (one of the adductor muscle group) not the gracilis. Also discovered the importance of continuing treatment each day (or pain can reoccur easily - in my case from bending my leg in bed during sleep causing me to wake in with new pain again). I also deal with pain and recently noticed that for sure continues use helps as well as combine with other treatments.
