Hi, I noticed that the glowing IC pad light only turns on when an online game is on... is this normal? How can you reset?😢

Hi Francesca, IC Pad will emit all the sound signals that are coming from your computer. You just need to unplug IC Pad from the computer when you don't use it.

Hi Francesca, yes, if it does not light up then need to double-check that the audio volume is set to the maximum level on your phone or computer after your start the transfer 😊.
