Just received my IC Glow Pad 3. The lights flash on when selecting, but no lights at all during imprinting or applying to body. I've tried different light options and different IC's. What am I doing wrong?

Liz Oertel, the Glowing IC Pad doesn’t vibrate or make sound. It only lights up and emits magnetic waves, and during many PEMF ICs the light will stay solid rather than flash, which is normal. For direct body application (like Anti-aging Support), use Red + Infrared and make sure your device’s volume is set to maximum after you start the transfer for proper light behavior.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Lautstärke an Ihrem Telefon oder PC voll aufgedreht ist. Wenn Sie überhaupt etwas hören, ist das Kabel nicht richtig in der Buchse.
