Hello everyone, few questions.
1) After purchasing the equipment, is it mandatory we have to make monthly or yearly payment, to purchase the IC`s or do we have some free?
2) We can have these IC`s stored in our computer, then use them when we want or we must always have connected to the internet to get them from Infopathy? the internet can be missing we can not do anything... ... See more

Hi Jorge, some ICs are available without any subscription, please see more info here: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=getting_started&source=web
Currently yes, you would need internet to connect to Infopathy and use ICs, but soon we will have a mobile app that will support offline mode as well.

Good evening yes you need a subscription to be able to use the IC I think it is essential to be connected I do not see how to do otherwise. Make yourself a “playlist”.

Hi Michel, there is no french translation for webinars, but there are french captions (auto-generated) available. On the video window at the bottom right, please click on "CC" and select French.

Anton SF good evening where do you find these webinars? I am also looking for them even in titled silk there is very little info in French except on your site it is a bit problematic. I would like to be able to advise the practice to my “patients/consultants” but no video or article to offer.

Schisandra Hello everyone my ic pad is not working; is there anything more to do than the connection to the computer or the iPhone I tried with the adapter no reaction from the ic pad. No led no movement on my water.

Please try the following:

1. Charge your IC Pad using USB cable for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off.

2. Please make sure audio volume on your phone or computer is set to maximum After you start transfer.

3. Restart your phone or computer or try different phone or computer.

4. Please try to replace an audio cable, it might be broken. It is called "3.5mm Aux cable"... See more
