I placed it on my root chakra with infrared therapy and ran it twice โ€“ my toes and feet tingled pleasantly, and now I feel fantastic, grounded, and balanced. Thank you.

Hi, I'd like to ask for your help with two things: 1) I have ulnar instability and a post-traumatic tear of the triangular ligament in my wrist. It's been a year, but I still haven't fully recovered some of the movements that cause me pain and functional limitations. They told me I need stabilization surgery, but before that, I'd like to try infopathy. Is there anything I could try?
