Hello, if I imprint in sugar globules, how many globules I need to take and how many times a day? thanks!

Samuel, use about 3โ€“5 globules per dose, allowing them to dissolve under the tongue. Take them three times a day - morning, midday, and evening.

Samuel, yes, you can imprint several ICs into the same medium (such as globules or water), but they should be combined into a complex first and then complex can be imprinted into a water.ย

Randy Pacheco, for direct body application it is best to use Red+IR light mode. When imprinting water use Blue+Red+IR.ย
