Hi Keitb, you may need to charge its battery with included USB cable. The actually transfer you need to do using an audio cable. Also please check that the audio volume is set to the maximum during the transfer: 1) Connect IC Pad to your laptop or phone -> 2) Start transfer -> 3) Check that audio volume is set to maximum on your laptop or phone.

hello Anton is it possible to use Reverse Osmosis water that has salt added to it for imprinting? will there be sufficient minerals to carry the print? Thanks N

Hi Noel, yes, you can add mineral salt to your water, it should improve the storage time of imprinted water. You don't need to feel salt present in your water. If you don't add minerals to your water, then you can still use it, but I would suggest drinking right after imprinting, not storing for 3 days.

Hallo Frank, für Imprint-Komplexe musst du "alle auf einmal transfer" verwenden, auf diese Weise werden alle enthaltenen ICs gleichzeitig in dein Wasser übertragen.
