Where is the best place to position the IC pad for the application?

Mvrco381, the best placement is usually over the lower abdomen/pelvic area roughly between the navel and pubic bone.

Other commonly used positions are:

Perineum/root chakra area (if comfortable and practical)
Lower back/sacrum (behind the pelvis)
Directly over the testes/prostate region for short sessions
