Just received my IC Glow Pad 3. The lights flash on when selecting, but no lights at all during imprinting or applying to body. I've tried different light options and different IC's. What am I doing wrong?

For direct body application (like Anti-aging Support), use Red + Infrared and make sure your device’s volume is set to maximum after you start the transfer for proper light behavior.
