Hi Alexander, thank you for your questions! We recently added a short video for the IC Hummer which you can find on the Help page in the "How to use IC Hummer" section. 1) it usually takes about 1h to fully charge. When charged red light should go off. 2) Regarding small suction cups, please see the video I referred to above. 3) Yes, you need a direct IC Hummer with a round sticker towards the body to get the signal and vibrations directed to your body.
