Hello Anton! I've been meaning to ask two things:
1. When consuming a homeopathic-based IC, should one not consume food or (as in taking standard homepathic remedies) not have mint nor caffeine within 10 m ins of taking a homepathic IC? I know IDEAL to take all on an empty stomach, but sometimes... really hard to do.

Hello again! Question regarding nutritients and gut health. .. if someone using Infoceuticals has suspected poor nutrient absorption (gut health), would ICs actually be MORE beneficial than taking supplements? In other words, if the ICs are going directly into the blood stream, therefore bypassing the gut, would ICs actually be more impactful?

1. Homeopathic ICs
It is good idea to avoid mint, coffee, or food around the time of use. Best to drink Imprinted water on empty stomach. But if you apply IC directly to the body, it does not matter.

Georgia Dowsell, since this is an Audible IC, the preferred method is to listen to it whenever possible. However, if listening is not an option, you can imprint it into water or juice instead.
