Hi, I have just IC pad. How can I use it to imprint the holografic sticker and from where can I get that sticker? It's something special?

You buy the holographic stickers on Amazon. I recommend watching the videos. They are at the bottom of the Equipment page. Daniel gives really good descriptions on how to do it.

Camelia I've watched most of them. It was one of Daniel's. I think it was mentioned again in his latest one. They are very interesting and useful videos enabling you to get more out of infopathy, I do recommend you watch them.

No you can send yourself treatments while you do other things and get on with your day. I find it's so suttle that you don't know/feel when it's happening remotely. I have some running continually day and night. Ones for sleep I only have running at night.

No set it up then you can carry on with your day, wouldn’t recommend receiving ICs remotely when you are driving. I prefer to receive when I am asleep or know with absolute certainty that I will be resting.

You’re very welcome! It is best to use up to 3 Chakra ICs at the same time, but if time allows 1 at a time may work a bit better.
