Hello, can we advise on hydrogenated water? And if so, will this bring any real benefit to my health?

ย PIQUET Patrick, you can prepare hydrogen water and then imprint it. But overall if you make hydrogen water with a tablet or special device, I would suggest drinking that water without imprinting - because water will lose the hydrogen while you do the imprinting. Imprint just regular water.

Hi David, so far maximum effect was observed after imprinting for 90 minutes with Glowing IC Pad. After the first time, (with the next repeats) strength of the imprint is slowly increased.

Marco Trafecante-Lamboy, with new GlowPad 3 using all 3 lights (Blue, Red, IR) that time is 30 minutes. But you can also start with just 2 minutes and later increase the transfer time to see how that works for you.ย

Another quick question as I browse ICs. What would you say is the best IC/complex for muscle building, testosterone, recovery/healing etc. I am an avid gym goer and trying to figure out the best complex to use daily on here. I was also curious, does using these complexes with multiple ICs in them have any negative affect on the effectiveness of each compared to just using the different ICs individually?

Infopathy Team Thanks for the reccomendations! So would you recommend combining all of those into one? I also see that growth hormone is very popular here. Trying to make the best combo that I can stick with a few times daily. Seems there are so many options! What are your thoughts on this hypertrophy booster complex?
