If I want to use a longer audio cable to connect my glowing IC pad to my iPhone or MacBook, do you have any particular brands that you would recommend to maintain the quality of the transferring frequencies and is there a maximum length that I shouldn’t exceed? I prefer not to use Bluetooth.

Robert Marske , below are the list of pointers to remember on choosing audio cable for Glowing IC Pad:

Use a "high-quality 3.5mm stereo audio cable (TRS male-to-male)"
Maximum length: 3 meters (10 feet) - longer can weaken the IC signal.

If using and iPhone, use the official Apple Lightning to 3.5mm adapter.

Under the spine (centered) – ideal for whole-body relaxation.
