Hi Michael, for any Imprint ICs it is more effective if you drink prepared water at least 3 times a day, 50 mL (2 oz) at once.

I have lowered my blood pressure.ICs used were: Blood Pressure Regulator; Ramipril; Rauwolfia Compositum; Danshen Root; Berberine Plus; L-Arginine.
