Hi Brabete, you can try using this for herniasย  Hernia (Rife). apply directly to the area 1-2 times daily.

Hi Amy, we recommend using the same Imprint IC at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml (2oz) of water each time. Those 3 times better be evenly distributed during the day. You can also drink more often, it would be better. Try drinking on empty stomach and hold water in your mouth for 5-10 seconds before swallowing.

I add a little vitamin C and nigari, and I spray on the skin. The result is convincing.
