Thanks Anthony. Is there a time limit to stop? I have to do another test in 3 months. I can continue until where to stop a little meanwhile? If not for cholesterol, what would you recommend? Thank you, Chris

These ic's are additin to the healing process, however if you are not sure the most important is to diet and lifestyle change to permanently revers any condition and use it as maintenance. Be well

Hi TERRA, the person for whom this complex was created uses it daily instead of actual thyroxine medications (which usually is taken daily). They prepare bottle of water and drink it throughout the day. Try using it at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml of water each time for the next 3 months.
