Hi Brenda, Glad to see that you are signed up. Here are a few recommendations for you. I suggest that you imprint the aromatase inhibitor (AI) as a separate bottle and drink 1 liter of that daily, throughtout the day. The others can be grouped together and you can create a "complex" and imprint all of them together. The complex should be drunk starting at dinner and up until bedtime. You can drink 1 liter of the complex over the course of 2-3 days before you make a new one. Greg

Hi Brenda, it was my mistake. I didn't realize how my recommendations come through for you. I just sent you two different recommendations, each being its own complex. The first is just for the aromatase inhibitors (2 ICs) and the second for relaxation and stress/anxiety relief (5 ICs I think). Hopefully it will be easy to do them separately now.
