I try to get essential stuff like minerals, EAAs, creatine, organs that should have an energy boosting effect on the body, I dont feel it. 
Then, I have problems managing sugar and get hypoglecemia very easily, no effect here either.
The problem I see is that I never know what dose am I getting from each of these complexes added to the recipe. If you have any tips on this it would be very helpful.
I do believe on this principle of water programming and water does taste different and has another texture to it, so something is happening but, I dont feel the effects.
