Love this combination to energise and purify my water 

I have a condition with my right thumb know as worn our cushion at the base of the thumb. Surgeons want me to have a  trapeziectomy. I'd rather not have the surgery so I manage the inflamation and pain. This helps.

I have been using this IC for about a year. I haven’t had a period in 9 months, so I will likely be in full menopause soon, but the only menopausal symptoms I have that can be bothersome at times are night sweats and hot flashes.  I only need to take one dropper full of this IC 4 to 5 times per week and they stop completely. When I run out for a week or so they slowly start to come back. I have repeated this self experiment multiple times. There is no question that this IC is having a strong effect on my system. I consider this very experimental and I’m not convinced that doing anything to interfere with the hormonal changes of menopause is a good strategy, but this seems much safer than HRT or even botanical medicine to me.
