I experienced intense lower back pain after a series of trauma meditations with neurovizr. Nothing would shift it, finall this IC cured it. It took quite a few loops of listening to it.

This felt good from the start. I was having a bad day after a week of no sun and a few toxic people. I just couldn't get going. I listened to this song at 9 pm(21:00) and drank my.. Happy Water....My mind recalled many things that disturbed  me from a little girl, not serious but  bad enough to trigger sadness. I imagined them all being cast down a mountain and I felt free...NOW.. I want to do so much but it's late. Hope this lasts until tomorrow

Can I listen to an audible while applying a pemf, so at the same time, or is this not advisable
