Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring compound derived from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale, formed in the body during the digestion of indole-3-carbinol. DIM may help with supporting healthy estrogen metabolism and hormone balance, including concerns related to estrogen dominance, PMS, hormonal skin imbalances, menopause-related changes, and overall endocrine and detox pathway support.
