Hi Beverley, IC Hummer needs to be paired with a smartphone or laptop. Flashing blue light means it is ready to be paired. Please see video on this page on how to connect IC Hummer: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=hummer

Hi , Anton yes it has been paired before . The hummer is still flashing blue and says that itโs connected to my Bluetooth on my phone but there is no sound no vibration . Where I turn the hummer off I hear it though my phone ok .
Itโs a bummer because I have to solve a few health issues . Can you use the ic pad on the body in the same way?
If it is broken can I get it fixed?
