Amanda Hi Amanda, Another option is to send it remotely to yourself. Place a photo of yourself on your IC unit to send remotely. Using the infinity setting overnight works well for PTSD

1. I would like to confirm that you need to shake water after adding fresh water to it when using 1st method. Sorry for the confusion.
2. When storing water in the fridge, we recommend placing water on the doors (unless the door of your fridge has an electronic screen) or the middle of the fridge. Those locations are fart from electric wires... See more
