Where will I find instructions how to write my own PEMF programs for the infopathy? I recall you mentioned that this is possible. Thanks Anton

Marlies Zoll, with Lake and Ocean practitioner plans (/practitioner_premium) you can create own sets of ICs as shown in this tutorial:ย https://vimeo.com/595433129/699a301e8d

Hi Cameron, it is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polysaccharide cellulosic blend, and maltodextrin.

Anton SFย What is the reason for maltodrextrin - actually, what is the reason for both of these ingredients?

ย Stephanie, it mainly help with delivery and support metabolic health:

  • HPMC is a plant fiber that may reduce insulin resistance, improve blood sugar control, and help you feel full longer.

  • Polysaccharide cellulosic blend (another fiber mix) also helps you feel full and slows digestion, which can support weight and appetite control.

  • Maltodextrin is actually just a filler that was in the pill.ย
