I have my magnesium potassium Vit D and A first thing. I love the blood cleaning I/C. I feel noticeable different after it. The sleep IC was excellent at a needed time. I feel like a kid in a sweet shop. So many helpful I/Cs and complexes AND I can make my own. Heaven
