This IC is great for getting to sleep faster and staying asleep longer! Typically, I have to take something like melatonin pill to sleep, however thatโ€™s no longer necessary when I use this IC with the Glow Pad. I use the Glow Pad as PEMF device and keep it on my chest with the IC running all night. It works wonderfully!
