Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

The application continues to play the CEMP after the allotted time. I have to exit the app to stop the sound. Phone used /: Samsung A23 and ic hummer.

Hello! We're currently working on a new improved player that will sort out all this issues.ย 

In the meantime, we'll also investigate these issues in the current player, we'll deploy a new version once we've sorted it out. Thanks for providing us these information!ย

PIQUET Patrick, after time finished, does Hummer continue to make noise? or just the timer continues to run? Does it happen with any PEMF or with some it does not happen? thank you!

ย Im currently in Asia and the app isn't allowing me to login via iPhone 14 pro. Even trying it on a browser (duckduckgo) and it's asking to connect to the server. Can you guys provide me with insights on how to use the app in Asia? Specifically Philippines and Indonesia

Johnny Can, it might be related to an internet provider. We had someone from the Philippines who had this issue - if you have mobile internet, not wife (and it is not expensive) you can try using it.

Johnny Can Hi! Based on our experience, the infopathy domain may be down in some internet providers like Globe. You may try using other internet providers like what Anton recommended.

I assume the developers know about this, but just in case, I'm just making clear that the app continues to be full of bugs and issues. (I'm not just talking about today, when the whole Infopathy site has been having connectivity issues.) It routinely does one of those "unexpected logout" things, so that I have to log in again, sometimes multiple times per day, and unless my phone is displaying... See more

Hi Alexander, thank you for letting me know you are using a pixel phone. I also have pixel (7) and also have an issue with the player pausing when the screen is locked. Also, Ava, did you have this issue on the Pixel phone as well?ย 
We just trying to understand the reason because on other Android phones that we tested, it works.ย

Anton SF For me, it's not just when the screen is locked that it pauses. If I switch to using another app while the infoceutical is running, it will often keep running for awhile and then pause, and to get it to unpause, I need to click into the app again, whereupon it resumes. (Again, I don't have this issue at all if I am running the same infoceutical through... See more

Alexander Zubatov, yes, the main thing is that the Infopathy app is not active (using a different app, minimized or screen locked).ย  On the app, we use a bit different system to play frequencies. We will be investigating why this happens on Pixels.
