How do I know if my IC pad is still working? Until recently I could still hear something quiet during the transmission, but not anymore./

Hi Anne, for Circuit IC Pad you can try replacing the audio cable, it might be broken. It is called "3.5 mm Aux cable, 1 meter long". And you can use this test ICย  Circuit IC Pad high pitch testย

I donโ€™t know if I am doing something wrong or what is going on. But nothing I am using is being registered for the 30th of Sept. Anton can you explain what is wrong?

Hi Donna, thank you for letting us know about this issue. It seems there is incorrect filtering for dates on the history page that affects last day of the month. We will investigate further and will work on the fix.
