I just tested it and it works fine for me using a cable. Check the cable is pushed in all the way. OR are you using Bluetooth? If so, your GP isn't "Paired" with the Bluetooth of your PC or Tablet. Be more specific about how you are using the Glo Pad,

Also good for baths — 🛀 make a hot bath, then put a little of the water inside, ideally after the water has stopped running.

I have used this 2x now, both times having woken up early in the morning and unable to get bac to seep. It worked beautifully. I place it on the side of my neck. Thank-you for this rife frequency.
